Normal MTRC meetings resuming

I hope everyone had an enjoyable summer. Its time to start up our normal schedule of meetings. We have a special election in Ward 2 coming this fall. We have Jay Reed running to fill the Ward 2 council seat vacated by Mr. DiLuccia when he became our mayor last election.
